From the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) take the Jones Falls Expressway (I-83) South. After four miles exit onto Northern Parkway heading East. Turn right onto York Road going South. Turn right onto Woodbourne Avenue. PBA is the red brick building on the left with striped canvas awnings.
From Baltimore City, take Charles Street North to Homeland Avenue. Turn right and take Homeland straight for 3/4 mile. Homeland Avenue becomes Woodbourne Avenue. PBA is on the right just before York Road.
